In terms of thermal insulation effect, polyurethane has better temperature resistance and thermal insulation effect than fiber cotton. Generally, polyurethane can keep the high temperature in the box stable for a few hours. It is worth mentioning that the efficient thermal insulation performance of polyurethane can effectively prevent the operator from being burned by excessive temperature outside the cabinet. At high temperature, the drying box made of fiber cotton can only be controlled and adjusted by the temperature controller to keep the temperature in the box stable. This greatly increases the working intensity of the fan and the controller, thereby reducing the service life of the drying box. . From the perspective of post-maintenance, because the polyurethane is injection-molded into the box, it is particularly cumbersome for later maintenance. Before the repair, all the polyurethane needs to be pulled out, and the injection-molded after repairing. Fiber cotton is not so troublesome and easy to operate. Finally, from the market point of view, the price of fiber cotton is very cheap and can meet most of the thermal insulation requirements. The sealing of the drying box is generally made of anti-aging silicone rubber, which has a good sealing effect.
