1. Pay attention to the compliance of the power supply voltage before use. During use, the grounding wire of the power outlet must be grounded in accordance with the rules.
2. When using electricity, do not touch the electrical parts on the left side of the box with your hands or wipe with a damp cloth and rinse with water. Turn off the power during inspection.
⒊ The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects, and it should not be placed in the low temperature or wet center to avoid leakage of rubber due to aging of rubber.
4. Do not over-pack the items in the box. You must leave a space of natural convection in the atmosphere so that the humid atmosphere can decelerate and escape on the wind top.
⒌ Inspect whether the silver contacts of the temperature conditioner are fluffy or uneven at any time. If so, use fine gauze to sand the contacts before use, and often clean them with a clean cloth to make them in good contact (note that they must be cut off). 2. The uniform load of the sample shelf should not exceed 20kg.
3. Do not place objects on the shelf between the sample chamber and the heating chamber to avoid affecting the heat exchange.
⒋Be sure to reflect on the nickel wire for stacking and short circuit before use.
⒌The heating indicator does not light, there are three common reasons:
① the lamp is broken; ② the lamp is not in good contact; ③ the heating is broken.

3. A certain space should be left around the equipment to facilitate the equipment’s heat dissipation, operation and protection.
⒋ Avoid sharp or sharp objects from scratching the equipment.
⒌ Do not disassemble electrical components and other (parts) of the equipment at will, so as to protect the electrical control circuit, which may cause artificial faults of the equipment and affect its function.

Precautions
(1) When the drying box is at a constant temperature and dry, do not place items on the heat sink below the constant temperature room, so as not to burn the items or cause combustion.
(2) The electric current consumed by the electric constant temperature blast drying oven is relatively large. Therefore, the power cord, switch, fuse, plug, socket, etc. used by it must have sufficient capacity. For safety, the case should be grounded.
(3) The items put in the box should not be too much or overcrowded.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to put flammable, explosive and volatile materials into the box to avoid accidents.
(5) When glassware is subjected to high-temperature dry-heat sterilization, the temperature in the box must be lowered before opening the door to take out the glass, so as to prevent the glass from bursting when it is cold.
(6) If you need to observe the objects in the constant temperature room.
(7) Two test shelves are attached to each industrial oven. The average load of each shelf is 15 kg. Do not place the test specimens too densely and overloaded to avoid affecting hot air convection.
(8) Do not place the case in a corrosive environment containing acid and alkali, so as not to damage the electronic components.
Operating procedures
1. The operator should be familiar with the performance and structure of the equipment, and can only operate after obtaining the operation qualification certificate.
2. Put the workpieces that need to be dried and solidified into the drying box. A certain space should be reserved around the upper and lower sides to keep the air in the working room smooth and close the door of the drying box.
3. Rotate the damper adjustment knob to a proper position according to the condition of the dried and solidified items.
4. Turn on the power and fan switches. The power indicator is on and the motor is running. After the temperature control instrument shows that after the “self-test” process, the “PV” screen should show the measured temperature in the working room, and the “SV” screen should show the set temperature that needs to be dried during use, and the drying box is now in working state.
5. Press the “L” key once, and the “SV” screen displays “5P”. Use ↑ or ↓ to change the temperature value displayed on the original “SV” screen until it reaches the required value. After the setting is completed, press the “SET” key once, and “PV” displays “5T” to enter the timer function. If the timer function is not used, press the “SET” key again to make the “PV” screen display the measured temperature and the “SV” screen display the set temperature. If the timing is used, when “5T” is displayed on the “PV” screen, “0” is displayed on the “SV” screen. Use the plus and minus keys to set the required time. After the setting is completed, press the SET key to put the drying box into working state can.
6. After setting the temperature and time, open the box door and put in the product, then close the box door and press the lock to enter the set working state.
Maintenance
1. The current consumed by the drying box is relatively large, so the power cord, switch, fuse, plug, socket, etc. used by it must have sufficient capacity. For safety, the case should be grounded.
2. The items placed in the box should not be too much or overcrowded. If the items to be dried are wet, the exhaust window should be widened. When heating, you can start the blower so that the water vapor is expelled out of the box. But do not let the blower run continuously for a long time, pay attention to proper rest.
3. No items can be placed on the heat sink below the drying box, so as not to burn the items or cause burning.
4. When glassware is subjected to high-temperature dry-heat sterilization, the temperature in the box must be lowered before the door can be taken out to prevent the glass from bursting when it is cold.
5. It is strictly forbidden to put flammable, explosive and volatile items into the box to avoid accidents.
6. If you need to observe the objects in the constant temperature room, you can open the outer door and observe through the inner glass door. Do not open the door too many times to avoid affecting the constant temperature. The drying box is used for drying and dry heat sterilization of articles. It is divided into two types: blast drying and vacuum drying. The blast drying is to blow hot air through a circulating fan to ensure the temperature balance in the box. The vacuum drying is to use a vacuum pump to dry the air in the box. It is a commonly used instrument and equipment to draw out and make the atmospheric pressure in the box lower than normal pressure, so that the product can be tested in a very clean state.
