Use after power on:
- After connecting the power, the heating switch can be turned on, and the temperature setting dial of the drying box can be set to the required working temperature value. Water bath oscillator constant temperature incubator and water-proof incubator set the temperature “setting-measurement” switch to “setting”, and after adjusting the temperature setting knob to the required working temperature, set the “setting-measurement” switch to “Measure”, at this time the temperature in the box starts to rise, and the green light is on (intelligent or special requirements, manual attached).
- When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, adjust it to turn off the green light, and then make a fine adjustment until the green light turns on again, where the indicator light turns on and off is the constant temperature point. At this time, you can fine-tune the knob to the green light off. Keep it constant (it is likely that the temperature will continue to rise during constant temperature, this is the effect of residual heat, and this phenomenon will be stable for about half an hour). When the temperature in the working room is stable (the so-called “constant temperature state”), the temperature controller can be adjusted slightly to improve the accuracy of temperature control. This method can be used to select any working temperature.
- When the drying box is at a constant temperature, the electric heating constant temperature blast drying box should turn off the high temperature switch, leaving only a group of electric heaters to avoid excessive power and affecting the constant temperature accuracy. When the working temperature is less than 150 ° C, only a group of heaters are required to work. The high temperature switch should be turned off.
- After the temperature is reached, you can make a constant temperature for a certain time according to the test needs (W type can set the constant temperature working time). In this process, the super constant temperature water bath can be automatically controlled by the temperature controller without adding manual management.
