Vacuum Valve Application
The electromagnetic vacuum valve and the electromagnetic vacuum differential pressure valve are specially used to prevent the return oil of the mechanical vacuum pump. They are installed in the air inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump and open and close synchronously with the pump. Generally, it can’t be used in other places, that is to say, it can’t be used in the vacuum system for venting. The advantages of choosing Neville electromagnetic vacuum differential pressure valve are small power consumption and energy saving; the valve body with DN ≤ 50 is made of aluminum alloy, light in weight, small in volume and fast in closing the valve plate.
The flapper valve is used in the corner and tee of the vacuum pipeline. The driving mode is hand, air, electromagnetic and electric, which is determined by the user. Among them, gdc-j electromagnetic high vacuum flapper valve is sealed by metal bellows, which has a wide range of application and can also be used as an inflation valve; the installation position can be arbitrary, which can reverse a atmospheric pressure and has a feedback signal output.
The plug-in valve is used in the situation of high vacuum degree requirement or high pipe size requirement. The leakage rate of all through guide valve is 10-7pa.l/s, and the valve is sealed in two directions. The driving mode is determined by the user. Pneumatic and electric are equipped with signal feedback device.
Diaphragm valve and ball valve are straight through type, and can be used in the situation of coexistence of positive pressure and vacuum. The driving mode is determined by the user.
Butterfly valve is a straight through type, with three driving modes of hand, air and electricity determined by the user. The opening angle of manual butterfly valve can be adjusted at will; the opening angle of intelligent pneumatic and electric butterfly valve can also be adjusted at will.
Service conditions of valve:
- The medium is pure air or non corrosive gas.
- The medium temperature is determined by the extreme temperature of rubber.
