Gas bellows hose are suitable for gas piping systems, cold and hot water piping systems and harmful gas piping systems. The industries involved include gas, water supply, construction, medicine, food, chemical industry, electric power and fire fighting. Since the conveying medium is mostly flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful substances, once the leakage occurs, the consequences will be unimaginable, so the leak detection of the gas bellows is an indispensable process for manufacturers. Traditionally, water inspection (bubble method) is used to detect leaks, which has the following disadvantages:

1. Since a corrugated coil can be up to several hundred meters long, it is difficult to observe the water test for small leaks;
2. Low efficiency, poor accuracy, low automation, easy to miss inspection;
3. After the water inspection, the workpiece must be dried, which consumes energy and time;
