The vacuum bellows refers to a tubular elastic sensor connected by a foldable wrinkle sheet in the direction of folding and expanding. The main use of vacuum bellows is as a measuring element of a pressure measuring instrument, which converts pressure into displacement or force. What do we generally need to pay attention to when ordering vacuum bellows?

Notes for ordering vacuum bellows:

  1. First of all, the customer must clarify the connection method at both ends, generally including KF vacuum flange, ISO vacuum flange, CF vacuum flange, GB vacuum flange and non-standard vacuum flange, etc. For non-standard flanges, drawings are required.
  2. The customer needs to explain the environment and temperature used, and the leakage rate requirements. As a manufacturer, we can choose the most suitable product to recommend to you, or if you have standard drawings, we can make and process according to the drawings.
  3. The customer needs to explain the medium inside the vacuum bellows (whether it is corrosive). There is a difference in the material of the vacuum bellows. Generally speaking, stainless steel 316L is used for corrosion, and stainless steel 304 is used for non-corrosion.
