The manual part can adopt a handle made of steel plate or a handle made of stainless steel. The handle is equipped with a limit structure to set limits at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on a key device, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle is clearly marked on and off.
The valve stem is forged and modulated as a whole, with a hardness of HB220～250. The valve stem is connected with the handle through a flat key or a spline or a square key, which has strong versatility and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. The valve stem is provided with a blow-out prevention structure.
The packing of the valve is made of braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroene sealing ring, so that the valve stem can achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
According to needs, the ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are arranged between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body to prevent static ignition from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety.
The sealing pair has various forms. According to different working conditions, structures such as soft seal, hard seal, and fire valve seat can be selected; below DN150 is a floating ball form, and below DN200 is a fixed ball form.
